Unico Zelo, Esoterico 2021

Unico Zelo was founded by husband-wife team, Brendan & Laura Carter, two winemakers who wanted to shine a spotlight on the incredible soil, terroir and potential of cool-climate Australian wine. They have vineyards throughout the Adelaide Hills, and are making some of Australia's best and downright coolest wines we've seen in a while. Esoterico 2021 is a cracking orange wine made from a blend of Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria), Gewurtztraminer and Greco. The perfect balance of spicy, aromatic and downright drinkability; it has a nose of orange zest, tangerine, mango and pepper. The palate is light, bright and vibrant; packed with more spicy-fruitiness and a zingy finish. A great wine on its own or paired with piri-piri chicken.
